✅ Advance Payment: Some services may require an advance booking fee, which is non-refundable.
✅ Pricing Policy: Prices are subject to change based on service complexity and spare part costs.


3. Warranty & Service Guarantee
✅ We offer a limited warranty on repairs and replacement parts as specified at the time of service.
✅ Warranty will be voided if:


The appliance is mishandled after servicing.
Unauthorized modifications or repairs are performed by third parties.
✅ No refunds for services that have been successfully completed.


4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
✅ Cancellation: Must be done at least 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
✅ Rescheduling: Customers can reschedule a booking based on technician availability.


5. Liability & Limitations
✅ We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing appliance damage or defects.
Data loss (for smart appliances with storage).
Electrical or plumbing issues affecting appliance performance.
✅ Our technicians will only work on the appliance and are not liable for any external wiring or structural damage.

6. Customer Responsibilities

✅ Provide accurate service details to avoid delays or miscommunication.
✅ Maintain a safe environment during servicing.


7. Privacy & Data Protection
✅ Customer information is kept confidential and used only for service-related purposes.
✅ We do not share personal data with third parties except for service fulfillment.


8. Force Majeure
✅ We are not liable for service delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions).
